Detailed report
The detailed report in MX18 gives you deep insights into every individual email event as it happens — providing full transparency at the recipient level.
This view is ideal for debugging delivery issues, analyzing engagement patterns, and performing audit checks.
What is the detailed report?
While the summary report gives you aggregated metrics, the detailed report tracks every action related to a specific message — including delivery, opens, clicks, bounces, unsubscribes, and more.
Each row in the detailed report corresponds to an event captured for a specific recipient and message.
Report format
Each record in the detailed report includes the following fields:

Data retention
- Default retention: 15 days
- Extended retention: Up to 45 days (available with an additional recurring fee)
For longer storage or audit compliance:
- Use our webhooks to receive real-time event data
- Store detailed logs securely in your own system or database
Downloading reports
You can filter and export detailed reports directly from the MX18 Dashboard:
- Visit app.mx18.com
- Go to Insights > Detailed
- Filter by date, domain, campaign, or event type
- Click Export CSV
